We know meal times are a hugely important part of every holiday.
That is why, at Chalet Richermoz, we employ a professional chef to prepare the finest
French and British food for your enjoyment.
From our cooked breakfasts to our classic dinner dishes, all our meals are prepared on
site using fresh and, where possible, local ingredients.
At breakfast time kick start your day with a hot option - bacon, sausages baked beans and eggs.
Alternatively, dig into a hearty continental spread that includes cereals, freshly baked
bread and, of course, hot, buttery croissants.
We promise to set you up for a full, fun day on the slopes.
In the afternoon come home to a slice of homemade cake, baked fresh that day, and
cosy up with a cup of tea, coffee or a mug of hot chocolate.
Later sit down to a gourmet, three-course dinner - the perfect end to any day in the
mountains.
Dinner is preceded by aperitifs and hors d’ouevres, and accompanied by unlimited,
handpicked, bottled French wine.
You will have a choice of 2 white and 4 red wine types during dinner.
While our menu varies there are some timeless dishes that remain a staple, so expect
some French favourites and some British classics during your stay with us.
With prior arrangement our chef is happy to accommodate those with specific dietary
requirements.
